1. Acceptance
By using AppealCraft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Services
AppealCraft helps developers generate appeal responses for App Store rejections using AI and pattern matching.
3. Account
You must sign in with Apple to use the app. We do not save your name, email, or any personal information.
4. Subscription
AI Assistant Chat requires a Pro subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew through Apple. Cancel anytime in App Store settings.
5. AI Content
AI-generated responses are suggestions only. We do not guarantee app approval. Final decisions are made by Apple.
6. Your Content
All appeals and text you generate belong to you. We claim no ownership.
7. Prohibited Use
Do not use AppealCraft for fraudulent apps, to bypass Apple's guidelines in bad faith, or to violate any laws.
8. No Warranty
The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI responses.
9. Liability
We are not liable for lost profits, app rejections, or any damages from using our app. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
